WE TIED THE KNOT!
We’re so glad you’re here — come share a few moments from our wedding day.
THE CEREMONY
We gathered our immediate families together at the Santa Barbara County Courthouse on Friday, September 26th to perform a civil ceremony.
We felt like this was the perfectly simple way to celebrate our relationship with the people who mean the most to us.
The ceremony was performed in the Sunken Gardens on a quiet Friday morning (a surprise court holiday – how lucky for us!) where we said our vows and exchanged rings.
N+N SINCE 2017
This is an exciting milestone for our relationship as we celebrate 8 years together this fall, and step into the next phase of our lives together.
Who would have thought all this would happen after mutual friends introduced us on a random Thursday at The Irish Bank (IYKYK – a VB+P institution!).
It led to 5+ years of exploring every inch of San Francisco together, moving in during a pandemic, traveling far and wide - including Natalie’s hometown of Kanazawa, Japan – and eventually taking the big leap to start a new adventure in Seattle. We are so lucky to have found partners who challenge, nurture, and support each other through all different seasons of life.

While we opted not to have a traditional ceremony and reception, we hope this occasion is an opportunity to connect, and and can’t wait to find moments to catch up and celebrate with you in the near future.

We didn’t have a wedding or reception with guests, so we truly don’t expect any gifts — just knowing you’re celebrating with us from afar means so much.
